I’m Coach Kelsey

Hey! I’m Kelsey Hojara! I’m a women’s health coach and trainer, registered dietitian, and Jesus lover. If I’m not at the gym, I’m either snuggled up on the couch watching Netflix or at a local brewery drinking a craft beer.

Before I became a dietitian, I struggled with my own wellness for years. You name a restrictive diet, I tried it. Through my own mistakes and 5-year journey to become a dietitian, I learned the balance that lead to me losing my own stubborn body fat, healed my relationship with food, and ultimately gave me my life + confidence back!

I’m now super passionate about helping women learn what took me years to figure out. And I’m ready to help YOU succeed in taking control of your own health journey!
